ELF SOS provides digital holiday activity ideas, printables, and a planner (the “Content”) for personal, non-commercial use by parents and guardians.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the Content or your access with others.

3. Purchases & payment

The Complete Season is available for a one-time payment of $7.99. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

4. Digital delivery

Access is delivered digitally. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure you can receive our messages.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Content in any unlawful manner.

6. Intellectual property & independence

ELF SOS is an independent holiday activity resource. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Lumistella Company. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Content is provided “as is” for entertainment and inspiration. Please supervise children and use good judgment with any activity, prop, or material.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELF SOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
