Refund Policy

Our promise

Because ELF SOS is a digital product with instant access, we don’t offer refunds by default. That said, we stand behind what we make. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, reach out within 14 days and we’ll do our best to make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

How to request

• Email help@elfsos.example from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your order details and a short note about the issue.
• We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

Eligibility

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for review. Requests may be declined in cases of clear abuse, such as downloading and redistributing the Content.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
